Are you coming from far away and want to fully enjoy the immersion in the heart of the Laurentians in a warm atmosphere? These two days offer you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the surroundings before embarking on the adventure of the three-day East route. Sleep at the Manoir St-Sauveur, learn about the route with your guide and discover the secrets hidden in the village of Saint-Sauveur.

Daily overview
Day 1
- Arrive at the Manoir and visit of the village of Saint-Sauveur
- You will find a host of boutiques, art galleries and stores and the excellent Laurentian Ski Museum.
- If you are sporty, you can take advantage of the Manoir's guest discounts to ski the down-hill ski slopes of Saint-Sauveur.
- At 5 pm, meet your guide for a welcome meeting, aperitif and briefing.

Day 2

Your guide will take you to the quaint village of Saint-Adolphe.

Start the day with an overview on nordic skiing insidea warm yurt. The course is tailor-made according to group level.
- Then progress onto the slopes and historic trails nearby.
- In the afternoon, ski a 5km loop on the nearby historic trails and paths.

At the end of the day, return to the village and dineout at a restaurant of your choice.

Enjoy the many services of Le Manoir, includingspa and massage.

Day 3
- Meet in Prévost in the morning.
- Take the public “snow bus” to Val-David.
- Walk and visit the heart of Val-David village.
- Ski 13 km (8 miles) on the famous Gillespie brothers trail in Val-David and Val-Morin.
- 3 km (2 miles) on shared trails (classic cross-country ski).
- Cross-country skiing in the Val-David-Val-Morin regional park and in the Far Hills sector.

Day 4
- Enjoy a continental breakfast.
- Ski 20 km (12 miles) from Val-Morin to Sainte-Adèle.
- Follow the tracks of Jackrabbit Johannsen and Eddy Fortier.
- Enjoy a picnic near the former chalet of Émile Cochand.
- Ski the final stretch of 4 km (2.5 miles) on the P’tit Train du Nord.
Dinner and overnight stay in Sainte-Adèle.
Day 5
- Enjoy a copious breakfast at Au Clos Rolland.
- Warm up on the P’tit Train du Nord (1 km/0.6 miles).
- Enter the wooded backcountry trails towards the village of Piedmont.
- Leave your nordic skis and take a break in the Sommet Olympia chalet.
- Continue towards Prévost through the Alfred Kelly natural reserve.
- Finish with a well-deserved après-ski beer at the renowned Shawbridge Microbrewery.
